Recently, the company has sent representatives to attendthe Work Forum on the Governance of Vehicles and Transporters held by five ministries at state level, namely, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Public Security, National Development and Reform Commission and Standardization Administration of China.

In this meeting, the transportation service department of Ministry of Transport has reported the instruction of Vice-general Manager Ma Kai on the Governance Program of Vehicles and Transporters and has introduced its procedures as follows. On July 1st, 2016, restriction of transport with double rows will be started; on January 1st, 2016, vehicles will be changed into standard ones in conformity with GB1589 and the relevant trailers will be replaced step by step.

Relevant opinions have been put forward by the present nine motor factories such as SAIC, Changan and FAW, six automobile logistics enterprises such as Angie, Changjiu and CMAL and relevant research institutes and media respectively. This governance program, as the policy guideline in the interim period after New Standard GB1589 has been put into force, has great influence on the vehicle logistics industry. Subsequently,vehicle companies will respond actively and go through the transition period smoothly in collaboration with relevant departments.
