Recently, seminar regarding enterprise cultural integration and regeneration was held at headquarter of CMAL. More than 30 persons who consist of leaders of management and heads with functional departments and business departments as well as head of first-tier branch, some delegates of excellent employees and experts of enterprise culture program team took part in the seminar.
It is divided into pre-meeting training and topic discussion. The topics include “values – the most important driving force for work”, “CMAL’s mission that we should embrace” and “Milestones to be achieved in 3 years”. 25 participants fall into 4 groups for interactive activities. They made active speeches and delivered their positive ideas to CMAL’s culture as well as provided basis and orientation for all units to practice CMAL’s philosophy. General manager Wang Yang made his conclusion to the seminar.
